What is the return policy?
All sales are final — we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Do you ship alcohol to my area?
We currently ship within Australia where permitted by law. Some postcodes/regions are restricted for alcohol delivery. If checkout blocks your address, contact us and we’ll double-check.
Do I need to show ID on delivery?
Yes. Alcohol orders require an adult (18+) with valid photo ID to receive the parcel. Couriers can’t leave alcohol unattended (“Authority to Leave” isn’t available).
How should I store my wine?
Keep bottles lying on their side in a cool, dark place (ideally 12–16°C), away from vibration and direct sunlight. Avoid hot cars and long periods above 25°C.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
